Raqia Construction (previously Shultz Engineering LLC) was founded in 2023 by Eli Shultz who is best known for the Baptist Church Apartments project on Ellsworth St. in Columbia City, IN. Eli has a 7 year background as a medical device engineer and now 3 years as a General Contractor/ Real Estate Developer."My goal for Raqia is to use the skills and experience God has given me to bless others. I hope to one day partner with the right organizations to bring more affordable housing to our community. The need is tremendous and I want to make a difference."
